British design duo to make Surtex debut

The Pattern Social looking for licensing opportunities for its contemporary designs.

Yorkshire-based surface pattern designers Jessica Hogarth and Jules McKeown are gearing up for their Surtex debut next week.

The duo will be exhibiting their contemporary designs for licensing opportunities under the name The Pattern Social.

Jessica has her own product line under the name of Jessica Hogarth Designs. She has worked with a wide variety of companies worldwide, seeing her work on a broad range of products on both a licensed and one-off commission basis.

Clients have included The Wall Street Journal and Oxfam.

Meanwhile, Jules has over 16 years design experience, which includes working in top studios in New York and London.

Now based in Leeds, she divides her team between freelancing for a variety of clients – including Harrods – as well as teaching at Leeds College of Art.

The Pattern Social will be exhibiting on booth 546 at Surtex, which runs from May 15-17.
