Popular event will run from December 5-7 in Manchester.
The Children’s Global Media Summit will aim to help shape the future of children’s media for the next decade by bringing together speakers, debates, masterclasses and a showcase of content and technology.
Taking place from December 5-7 in Manchester, the summit is the eighth which has been commissioned by the World Summit on Media for Children Foundation.
For the first time in almost 20 years, the content of the event is being overseen by the BBC.
Confirmed speakers so far include Vu Bui, coo of Mojang – the company behind Minecraft – and Malik Ducard, global head of family and learning at YouTube.
