Adrian Stimpson also promoted to head of UK sales as publisher plans for expansion.
Fast growing Centum Books is rolling out a new structure to support its growth objectives as it enters 2017.
Former publishing director, Fiona Macmillan has been promoted to the role of managing director with immediate effect.
In addition, Adrian Stimpson has been promoted to head of UK sales.
Further announcements will follow in the New Year with regard to new personnel in both the publishing and sales teams.
The changes follow a period of review at Centum Books, which was brought about by the successful expansion of the business with the launch of sales into Europe.
This was led by the opening of Centum France in summer 2016 and the growing portfolio of brands in its publishing programme.
The company is also due to develop its range of titles and brands, with a number of new partnerships to be announced shortly.
Geoffrey Reynolds, ceo of Centum Books, explained: “Centum’s success to date has been built on two core foundations: innovation in our publishing and a wide ranging route to market.
“To support the company’s development, we are delighted to announce that with immediate effect, Fiona Macmillan will be promoted to the role of managing director and Adrian Stimpson is promoted to head of UK sales.”
