Executive Assistant

Acamar Films are now looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the wider commercial team in a fast paced, creative and dynamic environment.

The role requires attention to detail, juggling of priorities and a fun, can do attitude and includes a wide range of duties.



High level EA support for the CCO including:

  • Diary management and meeting organisation for CCO
  • Correspondence, meeting and presentation preparation
  • Travel arrangements for the CCO and the team
  • Coordination of trade show meetings and general diary management
  • Managing travel budget and processing CCO expenses
  • Maintain contact database
  • Managing and tracking the T&E budget for the commercial team
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal teams
  • Liaise with international agents with a sensitivity to time zones and languages
  • Take minutes of meetings, ensuring all action points are followed up on
  • On going working relationship with the other assistants within the company
  • When necessary helping other departments e.g. manage the product development samples inventory
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may be reasonably required from time to time






  • An experienced Assistant with solid experience of providing high-level and varied support to senior personnel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Diary management and more general secretarial skills
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Experienced in dealing with confidential information and documentation in a sensitive manner
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to both multi task and prioritise effectively
  • Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to produce high quality documents in a timely fashion
  • Proven communication/presentation skills – both verbal and written
  • Confident in communicating with the team and liaising with other departments


  • Experience working for a small, growing team or independent start up is preferred but not essential
  • Experience of working within the Entertainment and/or Consumer Products industry is a helpful advantage
