Fashion retailer teams with Cambridge-based art and antiquities museum for new range.
Fashion retailer Oasis is continuing to take inspiration from museum archives, revealing a partnership with The Fitzwilliam Museum.
The art and antiquities museum of the University of Cambridge is the star of Oasis’ latest collaboration, introducing a collection inspired by botanical watercolours.
The range includes pleated and organza midi dresses, burnt orange tailored jumpsuits, frill-finished bardot dresses, tea dresses, block heels, tees and knits, a backpack and a holdall, long-sleeved shirt, plus midi skirts among other items.
The collaboration follows on from a number of other tie-ups with design-led brands.
Back in February, Oasis revealed its collection with the Pantone Color Institute, while it has also worked with Nottingham Trent University, the Warner Textile archive and, of course, the V&A on collections.
