Compere and comedians named for big night on Monday April 23.
The Light Fund’s first ever comedy night is continuing to take shape, with the comedians and compere for the event named.
Taking place on Monday April 23 at Hoopla Improv Comedy Club at London Bridge, the evening will be compered by Matt Green, who has been performing stand up comedy for over ten years at venues across the UK and the world.
Matt delivers a mixture of high energy observational and topical jokes combined with more personal stories.
The evening will continue with Joe Bor – an award winning character comedian who has gone from warming up audiences on shows such as The Graham Norton Show, Mock the Week and 8 out of 10 Cats, to entertaining audiences in comedy clubs across the UK.
In addition, Stefano Paolini is a regular face on the national and international comedy circuit, where his mixture of stand up comedy, characters, impressions and beatboxinghas seen him perform across the UK and also Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai, Singapore, Germany, Malta, France and Italy.
The headliner for the evening will be Richard Morton, stand up comedian, singer/songwriter, composer, TV/radio presenter, documentary maker, Time Out Comedy Award winner and founder member of the London Comedy Store’s long-running Cutting Edge show.
He has performed his successful one-man show at festivals all over the world including Edinburgh, Latitude, Reading, Leeds, Kilkenny, Phoenix and Montreal’s Just For Laughs.
Tickets for the event – of which there are limited numbers – are priced at £35 (including food).
