ASOS roars with The Lion King capsule

Live action Disney reboot inspires new menswear and womenswear collection.

ASOS is once again joining forces with Disney – following on from its successful Star Wars tie up in 2017 – this time focusing on The Lion King.

The new live action reboot has inspired a capsule menswear and womenswear line, as well as some pieces for ASOS’ Curve and Plus ranges.

The items feature iconic scenes from the original animation – which was released back in 1994, reported Fashion United. Silhouettes and prints which were popular during the decade – such as tie-dye – have been used as further inspiration.

The live action version of The Lion King is due to hit cinemas in the UK on July 19.
