Partnership covers Japan, UK, US and France as brand continues 60th celebrations.
The Barbie brand has launched an apparel partnership with BAPE, covering Japan, the UK, US and France as it continues to celebrate its 60th anniversary.
The Japanese street fashion label has combined Barbie’s signature pink with its original designs for the apparel and accessories collection for women and children.
In addition, three limited addition BAPE x Barbie dolls have been created with special fashion packs combining the styles of both brands.
The dolls are dressed in iconic BAPE items including the Shark Hoodie, the APE Head Tee and the BAPE STA.
Meanwhile, the 17-piece apparel collection mixes BAPE’s signature camo with Barbie’s classic ponytail silhouette. Items include jackets, sweatshirts, pants and jewellery among others.
