LEGO, Disney and Marvel all expected to be popular according to research from online discount toy retailer.
Online discount toy retailer Bargain Max has carried out a nationwide survey of 2,573 parents which has revealed LEGO, Disney and Marvel as the top three most expected and in-demand toy brands this Christmas.
The Manchester-based retailer also discovered that 90% of shoppers surveyed plan to spend online this year, with consumers looking to avoid the crowds.
LEGO came out on top on the survey as the brand which is expected to be the most popular, closely followed by Disney. Preschool brands PAW Patrol and Peppa Pig also made the top ten.

“Consumers are planning to do their Christmas shopping online this year, and there are plenty of exciting toy brands to choose from,” commented a spokesperson from Bargain Max.
“Our survey revealed that LEGO, Disney and Marvel are going to be the most popular brands and we are pleased to be able to offer an array of exciting toys at a discounted price saving families money.”
