Boat Rocker welcomes Emmanuelle Cadet to London team

Boat Rocker has confirmed a brace of new hires at its New York and London offices.

Emmanuelle Cadet (pictured) is bringing her extensive experience across toy and consumer products to the company, joining as licensing director for the UK, Australia and EMEA.

Among Emmanuelle’s responsibilities will be securing additional partners for Dino Ranch across all key categories for franchise growth in 2023. Toys launched in the US and Australia late last year, with a planned roll out across the UK and Europe this summer.

Prior to joining Boat Rocker, Emmanuelle was head of marketing at Flair, leading the marketing department for a portfolio of 30+ toy brands. She has also held roles at Disney, Cartoon Network, Rovio and TOMY.

Meanwhile, EJ Minor is joining Boat Rocker as brand director for the Americas. He joins from WildBrain where he was responsible for the relaunch of Strawberry Shortcake franchise including the new YouTube series, Roblox game and CP partnerships including toys from Moose.

In addition, Dwayne Clarke has joined the London team as brand manager for the UK, Australia and EMEA. Both Dwayne and Emmanuelle will report to Nicola Herrmann, who was recently promoted to vp brand management and licensing.

“We’re delighted to welcome EJ and Emmanuelle to the Boat Rocker team,” commented Kate Schlomann, evp brand management and content marketing at Boat Rocker. “With their talent, flair and experience they will play a vital part in further driving our expansion in building global franchises across our growing portfolio in kids and family, scripted and factual entertainment.”
