Chinese company Winsing prepares for Spielwarenmesse

Animation company launching new toy lines inspired by its children’s properties.

Chinese animation company Winsing is readying for its appearance at Spielwarenmesse next year – bringing a number of new toy lines based on its children’s properties to the show floor.

The toys are inspired by Winsing’s long-term action comedy GG Bond – which has a 16th series now in production – and edutainment and adventure show GOGO Bus, with its third series due to arrive across China.

After a strong response to its properties at MIPCOM and ATF, Winsing is now looking to further build on this interest at Spielwarenmesse, which runs in Nuremberg from January 29 to February 2, 2020.

GG Bond – which is aimed at 4-8 year olds – follows the story of a superpowered piglet as he fights numerous threats to his world with the help of his friends. It is available in English-speaking markets under the name Kung Fu Pork Choppers. GOGO Bus, meanwhile, looks to take a new approach to edutainment, combining social and emotional learning.
