The Snowman exhibition heads to Japan

Over 80 pieces of original material to be displayed in iconic Matsuya Ginza department store.

An exhibition dedicated to The Snowman is due to open in Japan on December 9.

Following a deal brokered and managed by the brand’s Japanese agent, Styling Life Holdings, over 80 pieces of original material will be displayed in the iconic Matsuya Ginza department store.

Pieces will include cel, storyboards, first edition picture books and original Raymond Briggs artwork from The Snowman.

In addition, to accompany the exhibition, Matsuya Ginza is using The Snowman as the focal point of its Christmas campaign, including a gift shop selling merchandise and exclusive products.
