Egmont takes a trip into Ryan’s World

Publisher teams with to secure book and magazine rights.

Egmont Publishing has secured the rights to publish the official Ryan’s World magazine and books.

Ryan is the seven year old star of RyanToys Review and attracts 60 million views a month in the UK alone and has reached over 1 billion views worldwide. His brand, Ryan’s World is taking children’s entertainment by storm across the globe.

The partnership represents an exciting move into the YouTube market for Egmont and the beginning of a new partnership between Egmont and

Ryan’s World magazine will launch in July, bringing together the central pillars of the brand – ‘smiles, silliness and surprise’.

“We are thrilled to have acquired the rights to publish Ryan’s World magazine,” said Laura Adnitt, magazines publishing director at Egmont. “We feel that this magazine will shake up the preschool magazine sector in a big way, offering up an exciting and relevant product for Ryan’s young fans.”

Meanwhile, Ryan’s World books will also launch in the summer, with an Ultimate Guide to all things Ryan, an Annual and a Sticker Scenes book.

Emily Campan, books publisher at Egmont Publishing, commented: “We are so excited to be bringing Ryan to our Books list this year. Our books will be packed-full of silly, surprise, fun and we can’t wait for fans of Ryan’s channels to see them.”
