The emoji brand is teaming with M6 TV show, Top Chef, and Uber Eats in a new initiative to mark the 13th season of the popular series.
Uber Eats has prepared a surprise using the emoji brand icons to help plunge consumers into the place of a candidate from the comfort of their own sofa.
They will have the opportunity to order through the Uber Eats app, a black box which has been prepared by chef Thierry Marx composed of a single dessert with mysterious ingredients.
Consumers will have to taste the dessert and try to guess the five flavours, which are represented by the emoji icons. There will be three different desserts to guess throughout the week.
For those who recognise them, they will have the opportunity to win €20 of Uber Eats credits or a year of free orders, by tweeting the five emoji brand icons with the #LaBoiteNoireUberEats and identifying @ubereats_fr.
Marketing activity has been ramping up the promotion since April.
“Uber Eats France X emoji crossover brand collaboration give the final consumer an unforgettable culinary experience,” commented Marco Hüsges, founder and ceo of the emoji company. “We are delighted to work with a company that cares about offering selected ingredients in a delicious menu created by Thierry Marx, using the emoji brand icons as a gentle and empathetic way to connect with people.”
