Ambitious digital sports platform, Fanatics has appointed former IMG executive, Matthew Primack as svp international business development.
Matthew (pictured) will be responsible for building on Fanatics’ strong international growth through the acquisition of new rights and commercial routes to market.
Fanatics’ international presence has grown significantly in recent years, with the company now operating more than 40 offices, manufacturing facilities and fulfilment centres in eleven countries across the world.
Matthew – who will be based in London – will look to enhance Fanatics’ world class business development function, capitalising on the company’s innovative business model and global capabilities to establish new long-term partnerships.
Matthew was previously long-term svp at IMG Licensing.
At Fanatics, he will report in to Gary Gertzog, president of business affairs.

Zohar Ravid – currently general manager and head of corporate development for Fanatics’ International business – will shift his focus into a new role to lead global corporate development across all of Fanatics’ businesses.
