Further growth for Fashion UK & Global Licensing

Laura Sumner among three new hires for ambitious company.

Expansion is continuing apace at Fashion UK and Global Licensing, with the group welcoming a further three new starters.

These include Laura Sumner who takes on the role of head of accessories for both businesses. Laura has over 20 years’ accessories experience, as well as covering licence acquisitions, new business development, product and brand development.

“It’s an exciting time to be joining Fashion UK; they have a fantastic portfolio of licences and I’m looking forward to contributing to their ongoing success in the UK and Europe,” Laura commented.

Meanwhile, Jayne Wadsworth has returned to Global Licensing as commercial manager to continue driving group growth.

Jayne said: “I am delighted to be back at Global Licensing, working with the Fashion UK and Global Licensing team at such an exciting time.”

Finally, Sharif Ahmed has joined Fashion UK Germany as European sales manager.

Sharif commented: “I am very proud to join the Fashion UK – Germany team. I am determined to grow the company sales to meet our target 2020. Being close to customers will give additional value to all our customers in Europe. You are welcome to visit us in our showroom in Ratingen.”
