New adults and kids collections based on the evergreen brand to launch on February 21.
A new collaboration between Sesame Street and apparel brand Hype is due to launch this Sunday, February 21.
The new range comprises a 55-piece capsule collection starring the iconic characters in a range of designs including hoodies, joggers, tees, backpacks, face coverings and reusable bottles.
The deal was secured by Bulldog Licensing, which represents Sesame Street in the UK and Eire.
The unisex adult collection will have a matured 90’s inspired approach featuring a developed tartan all-over and sleeve blocking print. The pullover and jogger tracksuit sets feature embroidered characters in bright pops of colour, finished with the new signature ‘justhype’ logo.
Meanwhile, Hype’s signature camo print is entwined with Elmo and Oscar the Grouch on the kidswear loungewear sets. The children’s collection also has a backpack to match each look.
The reusable bottles and four designs of face coverings complete the collaboration.
“The HYPE. collection embodies the fun and vibrant energy of Sesame Street and its characters and will be the perfect addition to the wardrobes of fans young and old,” commented Vicky Hill, licensing director at Bulldog Licensing.
