Promoted to broader role of group director, brand licensing and gaming.
Endemol Shine Group has reorganised its commercial division management, which sees former director of brand licensing and strategy, Jane Smith, taking on a newly expanded role.
Gaming, brand licensing and digital specialities have been brought together under the new structure.
Jane (pictured at this year’s Licensing Expo) has been promoted to the new role of group director, brand licensing and gaming.
She will be responsible for managing both divisions, with the remit to ‘supercharge’ the group’s commercial performances of the brands across these areas.
Jane will report to Yannick Ferrero, who has been promoted to group director, commercial operations. His role has extended to incorporate the gaming and brand licensing divisions in addition to his existing digital remit.
Both will work closely with Endemol Shine Gaming’s commercial director Mark Woollard, who will continue to drive growth in this area, and support the divisions within Endemol Shine Gaming including the games studio and newly launched games platform Playzido.
After nine years at the company, Owain Walbyoff, md of Endemol Shine Gaming, is departing to head up the London office of a neurotechnology start up.
