At Hearst UK, there’s always more to the story. Join us as our Licensing Executive to start the next chapter in your career. You will supply administrative and operational support to Hearst’s very busy and fast-growing Licensing team.

Key Duties:

  • Manage the licensing help desk where you will deal with incoming and outgoing communications related to all aspects of licensing between Hearst and its licensees.
  • Reply to general enquiry emails / correspondence.
  • Process the sending of images, copy and information relating to all operational aspects of the day-to-day licensing activity including uploading to Censhare and maintaining Licensing team product bible.
  • Create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Diary management.
  • Running an up-to-date subscriptions file for all key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating business review meetings.
  • Organising sales collateral and distributing this to various destinations across the UK.
  • Organising hospitality events and attending them outside of office hours.
  • Supporting meeting presentation decks across powerpoint and excel.
  • Deal with everyone you engage with in an efficient, proactive and courteous manner.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills.
  • Efficient and organised with the ability to forward plan.
  • You will need an efficient and flexible approach to your work.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Confidence dealing with external and internal enquiries.
  • Adaptability & problem solving skills.
