Marketing Executive – Franchise & Retail (22 mth FTC)

The CP Franchise and Marketing Executive UK sits within the Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences division based in London.

You will have experience working within a small team, supporting in the management and execution of brand or retail campaigns, have the ability to form strong relationships inside and outside of the organisation and be a real self-starter.

The CP Franchise and Marketing Executive UK will play a pivotal role supporting the Director, Franchise & CP Marketing UK, focusing on coordinating the day-to-day franchise management and retail marketing responsibilities for key portfolio priorities.

 

What will you be doing?

Franchise Planning & Management

  • Support Director UK in localising and maximising tools and assets delivered centrally – across key IP.
  • Co-ordinate the maintenance and update of Global brand decks/sale materials to reflect UK market information, including research, ratings, brand trackers etc.
  • As advised by Director, support in execution of UK led franchise initiatives and brand partnerships, that are relevant to priority IP, align to key business goals and drive commercial growth.
  • Co-ordinate internal feedback on creative approvals to ensure that all UK led franchise, licensee and retail marketing initiatives delivered are on brand.

 

UK Consumer Products Marketing

  • Working with CP retail and category team and Director, Franchise & CP Marketing; support co-ordinating best in class marketing plans by franchise, priority retailer and line of business including omni-channel retail campaigns.
  • Support priority licensees to align with retail marketing objectives, driving revenue and delivering against priority retailers.
  • Support in delivering retail marketing campaigns that may include social, digital, POS, influencer, experiential.
  • Develop creative briefs for internal or external agencies as required to support franchise or marketing initiatives.
  • Co-ordinate the creation of post campaign analysis reports where required to track ROI
  • Support creation of competitor analysis, sharing insights and competitive reviews when relevant
  • Manage day-to-day enquiries i.e. content information, asset requests etc.
  • Support in building requests to Global and Local social / digital teams in order to support priority IP

 

Trade

  • Support in delivery of UK trade advertising and PR, working with internal comms team on relevant press releases for licensees
  • Co-ordinate entries relevant franchise and marketing activity into relevant trade awards

 

Budgets

  • Assist with budget process by raising PO’s, invoices and tracking as directed

 

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as a co-ordinator / executive in a busy team is preferred – either in brand / marketing, franchise strategy, entertainment, licensing, or related field
