Trade Marketing:

  • Create regular B2B E-Updates (Newsletters) to keep partners and retailers up to date with any relevant developments.
  • Keep track of customer and prospect information in a database or CRM system.
  • Support ongoing retail trade and business PR/Comms efforts through regular relevant B2B social updates on LinkedIn.
  • Monitor key activations across retail and distribution channels.
  • Create a bank of Licensing related publications (print and digital) to generate a broader scope of brand-awareness within the licensing industry.
  • Plan and coordinate events, such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Oversee the execution of both B2B and B2C driven events.
  • Work closely with Licensing Manager and HOM to engage collaboratively with licensors and retailers to create events that will drive product or franchise specific awareness.


Product Marketing: 

  • Product Launch Marketing strategy.
  • Create regular B2C E-Updates and Newsletters to tie into new releases, key marketing beats, and activations, alongside other key/relevant pulse points within the marketing/pr calendar.
  • Develop the B2C blog to engage new and existing audiences and also support key pulse points such as product releases, events, franchise and audience specific updates, and more.
  • Work with Creative Team to update design and style of current E-Update templates.



  • Create quarterly Press Releases to share with key publications to effectively promote new lines.
  • Create communication templates and other standardised documentation to facilitate key business updates.
  • Facilitate Press features, source and bookmark features and especially where backlinks are available.
  • Create and sustain positive relationships with national media including journalists where possible.
  • Collaborations and partnerships with current and newly relevant Influencers, thought leaders and brand ambassadors.
  • Update and maintain current marketing calendar.
  • Brand-Development/Audiences and Insights:
  • Integrate Customer Research and Analysis into overall product plans.
  • Work with HOM to further develop customer segments.


  • Macro Event Management – B2B and B2C: Overseeing the execution of both B2B and B2C driven events. To include overall logistics, cost projections, POS solutions, amongst other items, debriefing upon completion and evaluating its overall effectiveness.
  • Micro Event Management – Brand-Awareness Events: Work closely with Licensing Manager and HOM to engage collaboratively with licensors and retailers to create events that will drive product or franchise specific awareness alongside EXG Pro’s overall brand-awareness.



  • Product launch management, Coordinating with product development department to ensure product timelines are set at optimal time.
  • Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics.
  • Tracking and managing marketing expenses, as well as creating and managing marketing budgets.
  • Working with outside vendors, such as designers, printers, and event planners, to execute marketing campaigns.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, PR tools is preferred.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of successful.
  • Having a background in mobile phone and/or pop culture product is advantageous.
