Licensing International France Awards winners honoured

The winners of the Licensing International France Awards were revealed last week at France Licensing Day (27 June).

During the ceremony hosted by Maxime Cuny, Florence Ayem and Laurent Taieb, the co-presidents of Licensing International France presented the 45 nominees.

In total, for this sixth edition of the Awards, 144 entries were submitted across 16 categories, including three new ones: Food, Health, Beauty Products; Cultural Products from Publishing, Video Games, or Digital; and a new category highlighting the association’s societal commitment to CSR initiatives.

The jury consisted of 12 professionals representing all areas of the licensing industry.

In addition, the YPN committee (Young Professionals Network) rewarded Marie Van Buggenhout at Peyo Company as the winner of the Rising Star category in France.

The winners of the 16 categories are:

  • Licensed Food, Health & Beauty Product – Oreo x Pac-Man/Bandai Namco Europe
  • Licensed Cultural Product – Bien Grandir avec les Monsieur Madame/Sanrio
  • Licensed Hardlines Product – Gabby’s Magical House Playset by Spin Master/Universal Products & Experiences
  • Licensed Softlines Product – Junji Ito Collection at Bershka/Crunchyroll
  • Licensed Collaboration – Netflix x Lacoste
  • Retail or Digital Activation – PAW Patrol Movie Release Activations/Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences
  • Promotion or Event – Danette x Wonka/Danone
  • CSR Initiative – Molang Safe Place/Millimages
