Little Brother Books grows sales team

Annuals specialist welcomes John Pilley as new head of sales.

Little Brother Books has strengthened its sales team as it looks to cement its position in the market as an annuals specialist.

The company has welcomed John Pilley (pictured) as its new head of sales.

John has worked in the publishing industry for over 20 years, initially in the travel sector and then with Lonely Planet.

Following this, he moved to Guinness World Records, taking on the role of head of publishing sales for its titles for ten years.

“It’s fantastic to be back in the familiar world of publishing after leaving London to start up a holiday cottage business,” John commented. “The role at Little Brother Books is a perfect fit for me.

“Children’s books – and particularly annuals – are a perennial favourite, so it’s great to be working with such a vibrant and strong brand-led publishing house.”
