Loyd Grossman brand expands into food-to-go

Premier Foods continuing to see significant growth in the category.

Premier Foods has expanded the popular Loyd Grossman brand into the food-to-go category.

The range of Pasta Italia Pots is available in three flavours – Sundried Tomato & Basil, Sundried Tomato & Chilli and Creamy Chicken Pesto, priced at £1.49. The flavours are also available in sachet format, reported Talking Retail.

The food-to-go category is continuing to see significant growth, with Premier Foods believing the new range will help to bring in even more shoppers.

“Innovation of new products is the number one driver of pots growth, with people willing to pay more for authentic flavours, so we are confident that the new range will appeal to consumers and provide a real taste of Italy,” said Steve Kelly, convenience channel director at Premier Foods.
