Mary Berry and Mary Portas to star at Spring Fair

Queen of Cakes and Queen of Shops to give keynotes during next February’s trade fair.

Spring Fair will have two big name ‘Marys’ discussing creative collaborations and the state of retail respectively at next year’s event.

Queen of Cakes, Mary Berry will be on the Inspiring Retail Stage on Monday February 3 at 1pm, discussing her creative collaboration with Captivate Brands and how she takes inspiration from her garden.

Meanwhile, Queen of Shops, Mary Portas will be talking about her insights and sharing her secrets to saving the retail store on Tuesday February 4 at 2pm on the Inspiring Retail Stage.

Other keynote speakers at the February’s show include John Lewis, JML, Harrods, Selfridges and Oliver Bonas.

“Our 2020 line-up is highly relevant for today’s challenges,” stated Spring Fair’s portfolio director Charlie Cracknell. “It will help shape thinking and we anticipate it to be our most exciting yet.

“We’re taking steps to embrace and indulge inspiring ideas from the industry’s most exciting innovators and disruptors. We want attendees to leave feeling invigorated, inspired and with a new mindset for the year ahead and beyond.”
