Battersea Dogs & Cats Home books and gifts on way

Laurence King Publishing to launch new products in October.

A new series of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home books and gifts are due to launch in October from Laurence King Publishing.

The collection will debut with All About the Dog: A Battersea Dogs & Cats Home Colouring Book.

Three games will then follow from spring 2018 – Cats & Kittens: A Memory Game, Do You Look Like Your Dog? and Dogs & Puppies: A Memory Game.

Royalties from the sale of each product will go towards supporting the animal rescue charity, reports The Bookseller.

Amy Zalin, licensing manager at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, commented: “We’re very excited to be teaming up with LKP on this new series of books and games, which will educate and raise awareness of Battersea’s dogs and cats.

“The funds raised from these products will also help us to look after the thousands of rescue dogs and cats that come through our doors each year.”

Sarah Batten, commissioning editor, gift, at LKP, added: “We hope that the fun and creative products we create together will help Battersea raise vital funds for their exceptional work.”
