Thirteenth Doctor Jodie Whittaker teases the new series at annual event in Liverpool.

A new logo and insignia for the Doctor Who brand has been unveiled by the Thirteenth Doctor, Jodie Whittaker, at BBC Worldwide’s annual showcase event in Liverpool.
