New licences fly off the shelves for Roy Lowe & Sons

Licensee signs up The National Gallery and Super Wings for new lines.

Roy Lowe & Sons is enjoying success with its latest two licensed launches – Super Wings and The National Gallery.

The new Super Wings line – which landed at retail last week – features designs of the lead characters, with Roy Lowe hoping to replicate the success it enjoyed with its Baby Shark line pre-Christmas, with customers responding well to being able to build a bundle and create a bespoke gift for their children.

Meanwhile, The National Gallery collection sees the licensee expand into the heritage brand sector.

“In this challenging time in our industry, we are now more than ever looking to diversify our portfolio, with unique and fresh partnerships that deliver giftable socks to the market,” explained the licensee’s Ben Lowe. “We felt The National Gallery was a perfect fit with our Roy’s Boys brand, as knitting these classic paintings gives a unique way of enjoying art – by wearing it on your feet.

“We have also framed a pair for our showroom, as we believe the socks are a work of art themselves!”
