Now Halifax revives The Flintstones

The family from Bedrock follow Top Cat to feature in bank’s TV ad campaign.

Halifax is continuing to use classic Hanna-Barbera characters in its advertising campaigns, with its latest creative featuring The Flintstones.

The ad – which launches today (June 7) and will be shown during key ad breaks, including the first Euro 2016 match between France and Romania on Friday – sees Fred and Wilma head into a branch as they want to make the switch to a modern bank.

It follows on from Halifax’s use of Top Cat in its last ad push.

In addition, The Flintsones will also appear in online and in-branch advertising, as well as social media, promoting Halifax’s £125 current account switch reward.
