Fashion retailer reveals partnership with team ahead of Vitality Netball World Cup.
High street fashion retailer Oasis has teamed up with England Netball for its latest campaign.
The partnership follows Oasis’ brand refresh – which has the tagline ‘Lovely Does It’ – with the retailer saying that it had been inspired by the Vitality Roses’ gold medal victory at last year’s Commonwealth Games, reports SportIndustry.biz.
The new new campaign features England captain Ama Agbeze, plus fellow national team players Jade Clarke and Eboni Usoro-Brown. It will celebrate the players’ achievements outside of their netball careers, such as mentoring school children and practicing law.
It is the latest in a line of commercial agreements for England Netball, having also struck global partnerships with Nike and Red Bull.
“We are passionate about ensuring that the Oasis brand remains fresh, modern and relevant for our customer,” said Sarah Welsh, md of Oasis. “It felt like a natural fit to collaborate with England Netball, taking lead from this team of inspirational women who are the embodiment of the Oasis woman: women who don’t just look lovely, but do lovely.”
