Smiffys gets boost with new senior managerial team

Party and dress-up licensee takes on new team as its gears up for its busiest time of the year.

Party and licensed costume company Smiffys is excited to be getting a boost from its new-look senior managerial team as the business gears up for the busiest time of the year.

While Mark Hammond has already been introduced as head of Asian operations, a number of other key names have also joined the Smiffys team in recent weeks.

Lisa Hutchinson has come on board as head of national accounts design, following an established career in design (including ten years at Rubie’s) and bringing with her an extensive knowledge of the global design market.

Craig Lomas also joins the Smiffys design team as a senior designer after designing at Rubie’s for six years. He will be working solely on licensed costumes, further broadening Smiffys’ already extensive licensed offering.

Smiffys is also welcoming back Nichola Shepherd as licence business development manager, following a brief sabattical. Nichola possesses a wealth of skills to maintain both existing licensor relationships and pursue prospective licensors to broaden Smiffys existing licensed portfolio.

Last but not least, Deborah Morgan joins the Smiffys national accounts team as senior national account manager. She brings over 20 years’ experience in account management, design and licensing and joins the business from Fun Shack.
