Special exhibition celebrates Dennis the Menace 65th

John Reynolds from The Comic Art Website holding a special showing of screenprints to mark milestone.

A special screenprinting exhibition is to be held in London to help mark the milestone 65th birthday of Dennis the Menace.

Dennis the Menace Turns 65 has been put together by John Reynolds from The Comic Art Website.

John is the only screenprinting artist who has permission from DC Thomson to create the handmade, limited edition artworks.

He has produced a special edition of the first Dennis the Menace comic strip especially for the exhibition, which will also feature screen prints of Dennis characters through the course of the 65 years.

The exhibition will run at The Showcase at Craft Central in Clerkenwell from March 29 to April 3.

John specialises in comic art and also boasts characters such as Popeye, Olive Oyl and Asterix in his portfolio.
