The Insights Family has finalised its senior executive hiring with the appointment of co-founder and chief revenue officer of Voxpopme and SaaS scale up expert Tom Williams, who becomes chief growth officer.
Tom (pictured) will lead the organisation’s new commercial strategy.
The latest hire is the final stage of transforming the company’s executive team to lead the business through its next stage of growth. It will also see Clive Maudsley transition into the role of coo; and founder Nick Richardson transition to chief strategy officer following the appointment of Rachel Bardill as svp marketing and partnerships.
“I met Tom in April 2021, and have got to know him well, and am pleased that he shared my vision for the future of the business and most importantly has the experience and skills to transform our business into a global operation,” commented Nick. “Over the last five years we have transitioned from a start-up to a scale-up, and now we need to evolve into a high performance, fast-growth organisation which further establishes itself as the global leader through international expansion.”
Tom continued: “What Nick and the team have built so far is adding great value to an ever-growing global client base. I look forward to working with the team here to develop our next growth strategies, and to contribute to achieving the company’s strategy of transforming how organisations leverage research, data and insights.”
The company has also confirmed promotions for Tanya Sarakinis from commercial director to svp business development and George Sarakinis who becomes svp client growth, having previously held the role of client strategy director.
Nick added: “Tanya and George have played a key role in fulfilling our growth since they have joined the business and I very much look forward to achieving and celebrating our next growth milestones with them.”
