Penguin Ventures – the licensing and consumer products team in Penguin Random House Children’s UK – is looking to hire a UK retail manager join the team and lead the overall retail strategy.
The role reports into the Penguin Ventures commercial director and joins a wider team of 14.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the UK retail relationships across new and existing retailers to increase brand presence across both bricks and mortar and digital retailors. They will be expected to sell-in and activate cross-category retail promotions and align these initiatives with the company’s wider retail and marketing strategy, ensuring appropriate calendar placement across key trading periods.
