WildBrain CPLG welcomes Osprey London to roster

Agency to build programme for British luxury leather goods and gifts brand.

WildBrain CPLG has expanded its brand and lifestyle portfolio with worldwide rights to Osprey London.

Founded in 1980, the British luxury leather goods and gifts brand is best known for its stylish leather bags and accessories.

With initial focus on the UK market, WildBrain CPLG will extend the brand into new categories through design-led product ranges across apparel, personal care, footwear, home and gift.

“We are excited to welcome such an iconic British fashion brand to our portfolio,” said John Taylor, md UK and France of WildBrain CPLG. “Osprey London is renowned for its great design, quality and sense of style and we look forward to working with best-in-class partners to extend these values into new product areas.”

Graeme Ellisdon, ceo of Osprey London, added: “The Osprey London brand has a thriving clientele of loyal fans who appreciate the way our products combine understated luxury with intelligent detail.

“We’re raring to translate the brand ethos into exciting new categories for our customers.”

Osprey London has enjoyed large growth at retail over the last few years. In addition, it has also collaborated with fashion designers including Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith and Dries Van Noten, while it most recently joined forces with Turner Prize winning artist Grayson Perry to produce a limited edition handbag collection.
