ASOS relaunches Topshop online after acquisition

Visitors to online retailer’s website told to look out for full Topshop collection ‘coming soon’.

The Topshop brand has officially relaunched on ASOS.

The online only retailer acquired Topshop – along with the Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT brands – for £295 million earlier this month.

A banner on the ASOS homepage says that shoppers should stay tuned for the full Topshop collection, which is ‘coming soon’, while a headline banner on the dedicated brand tab states ‘Topshop is now officially an ASOS brand’, reported Retail Gazette.

The site is also offering shoppers 25% off Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT until 24 February by using a special ‘NEW2THEFAM’ code.

Elsewhere, it was reported by The Mail on Sunday that Boohoo could be interested in Arcadia’s Daventry distribution centre. The retailer is apparently keen to do a deal for the Northamptonshire site in the next week and could create a further 1,000 jobs as part of the agreement.
