Brands & Retail Summer Conference takes shape as panels confirmed

The Brands & Retail Conference has today (24 April) revealed three key industry executive panels which will be taking place at its summer event.

The high level executive panels will focus on the ceos and business owners in the industry, the licensee and manufacturing sector, as well as a women in licensing panel.

Michael Gottlieb from Sunnyside Up Consulting will be moderating the first panel, with Gurdev Mattu (Fashion UK), Mike Coles (Blues Group), Danny Schweiger (Character World Brands) and Jeremy Goldsmith (Event Merchandising) sharing their thoughts on being a business owner and ceo in the UK.

The second panel – moderated by Cristina Angelucci, editor of Licensing Magazine – will see Julie Jones (Redan Publishing), Jeremy Orriss (Difuzed), Daryl Newlands (Finsbury Foods) and Tom Rossi (Erve) share their views on manufacturing.

Finally, Good Play Guide’s Dr Amanda Gummer will lead a women in licensing panel including Karen Addison (Karen Addison Associates), Susan Bolsover (Lightbulb Licensing), Liesa Dornan (Retail Monster) and Lisa Shand (Blueprint Collections).

Three more panels are also due to be confirmed shortly.

“We have less than 11 weeks to go till the event with some unreserved 15-minute brand presentation slots still available – and with a great new location in Birmingham and a Gala Dinner it should be on your radar,” commented Ryan Beaird, event director.

The Brands & Retail Summer 23 Conference will take place on 4-5 July in Birmingham. For full details, check out the official website by clicking here or contact Ryan on Ryan.Beaird@BrandsRetail.uk.
