DC brings Batman into the preschool space with Batwheels launch

Cartoonito is revving up for the launch of Batwheels on 18 March, with the new show marking DC’s first ever animated Batman preschool series.

The ‘Batwheels’ are a group of sentient super-powered crime fighting vehicles, defending Gotham City alongside a host of DC Superheroes.

Led by Bam – The Batmobile – the Batwheels must navigate the challenges of being a newly formed super team, as well as the growing pains that come with just being a kid.

An all-star voice cast includes Ethan Hawke (as Batman), Jacob Bertand (as Bam the Batmobile), Gina Rodriguez (as Catwoman) and Xolo Maridueña (as Snowy the Snowcrawler) among others.

Batwheels will debut with a half-hour prequel special – Secret Origin of the Batwheels – on Cartoonito UK on 18 March, which will tell the backstory of how the Batwheels came to be.

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products is also working with licensees and partners around the world on a global merchandise programme.
