Disney reveals Mary Poppins fashion collaborations

Hunter and Yoox brands launch collections inspired by eagerly anticipated new film.

With the hotly tipped remake – Mary Poppins Returns – hitting UK cinemas this month, Disney has revealed two special fashion collaborations inspired by the brand.

First up, online fashion store Yoox is launching nine retro-inspired items, aiming to give a modern twist to some of Mary’s most iconic looks from the 1930s.

Items include a long wool coat, an oversized doctor bag, hat, gloves, ankle boots, scarves and umbrellas, with all pieces coming in shades of burgundy and blue.

Meanwhile, British label Hunter has released a capsule collection including boots, bags and umbrellas. The products feature two exclusive prints with Mary Poppins’ silhouette. The Gladstone bag is a particular highlight of the collection, inspired by Mary’s bag in the movie.
