emoji expands into South Korea

The emoji company has appointed Asiana Licensing as its new licensing agent for South Korea.

Both companies are now looking forward to developing and elevating brand extensions, collaborations and retail initiatives for the local market.

“It is an honour for our agency to represent the emoji brand in our territory,” commented Kim Yangsoo, ceo at Asiana Licensing. “We are excited to develop a best in class licensing programme for the emoji brand, which is one of the most influential and expressive life style brands in the market and offers an incomparable library of content for licensing.”

Marco Hüsges, ceo of the emoji company (pictured above), continued: “We are delighted to start working with Asiana Licensing which is an established and highly experienced licensing agent with a vast network in its market. We look forward to jointly develop strong retail programmes, apparel collections and a wide selection of consumer products and to replicate the brands global success throughout South Korea with Asiana.”
