Fanattik marks 10 year partnership with Universal Studios

Pop culture specialist Fanattik has renewed and grown its licensing partnership with Universal Studios, celebrating its upcoming 10 year anniversary of working with the licensor.

As well as classic titles such as Back to The Future, Jaws and Jurassic Park, for which Fanattik already produces gifts, kitchenware, home décor and collectables, new titles added to the licence agreement include Shrek and The Fast & Furious franchises, both of which have major anniversaries coming up.

“Signing with Universal all those years ago was a pivotal moment in our company’s history, so it seemed apt that we celebrated our recent 15th anniversary by hiring a cinema to show a Jurassic Park film, having everyone at Fanattik HQ dress up in inflatable dinosaur costumes, as well as hiring a Jurassic Park Jeep and the team then recreating famous scenes from the film,” commented Anthony Marks, md at Fanattik.

The company was a finalist at The Licensing Awards last year with its 30th anniversary Jurassic Park collection which was launched at the Natural History Museum in 2023, and its Back to the Future Desk Pad (pictured) is a 2024 nominee for Gift of the Year.
