Industry digs deep for The Light Fund at Licensing Awards

Raffle raises £13,000 on Tuesday night, while bike ride total confirmed as £230,000.

A host of big name prizes had the industry digging deep for the raffle at this year’s Licensing Awards.

Some £13,000 was raised on Tuesday night for industry charity, The Light Fund, with prizes generously donated by the likes of Nickelodeon, National Geographic, Danilo, NBC Universal, Sambro, Pentland Brands, TSBA Group, Smiley, Brandgenuity, Bravado, Rainbow Productions, eOne and Powerstation Studios.

In addition, the total raised from this summer’s epic cycle challenge from Bristol to Dublin in aid of The Light Fund was revealed – a staggering £230,000.

A number of the cyclists who took part in the challenge were at the awards and took to the stage for the presentation of the giant cheque (pictured below).
