Products of Change launches new platform for its not-for-profit membership community

Products of Change has hit the launch button on a brand-new online platform developed to dial up the community experience for its not-for-profit membership organisation with enhanced knowledge-sharing, networking, education and story-telling opportunities to drive sustainable change across the industry.

The new site www.productsofchange.com is now live and kicking for brand owners, manufacturers, agencies and retailers. Just follow the link to experience the revamped information and resource hub for yourself.

Designed with its Membership front of mind, the new platform offers a fluid networking experience to enable instant connection across the Products of Change sustainability community including with its industry ambassadors and sustainability advisors.

The revamped site design places everything the Products of Change membership community needs right at your fingertips, whether that’s its newly created educational syllabus (with built-in progress tracker) to complete; its wealth of educational and informative resources to share; or its integrated platform for networking across the memberships – all while placing the industry’s story front and centre.

A new place for the POC Community

At the end of 2023, Products of Change’s Membership Organisation officially became a not-for-profit seeking to reinvest into the membership community and the creation of member resources, education, and networking opportunities both in-person and online for the brand, manufacturing and retail industry.

Designed to deliver a whole new experience for the membership, the new Products of Change platform comes with an enhanced Member Area offering our community the latest updates, information and key dates for the diary – including Member Only meetings – via an easy-to-navigate dashboard.

From here, POC Members are able to join the latest Working Groups, take part in agenda-setting forums and discussions, host their own group communications, and chat across the membership. You will even be able to book some facetime with the Products of Change sustainability team, including our team of experienced Advisors.

Storytelling to change the world

The new platform also launches with an enhanced opportunity to share your story of development with the global brand industry. Read the latest Members’ Stories, learn from our Advisor Case Studies and stay up-to-date with the latest global legislation, industry updates, and sustainability news from within and outside the brand, licensing, and retail sectors. You can sign up to our twice-weekly newsletter, discover our exclusive Products of Change magazine, and enjoy our up-to-the-minute online content.

Products of Change Members will be able to access podcasts, video content, and plenty more.

Stories can change the world and sharing yours will help transform this global industry. Don’t be shy, drop POC a line today at Rob@productsofchange.com.

Helena Mansell-Stopher, ceo and founder of Products of Change, said: “Since the launch of Products of Change back in 2019, we had the ambition to build a community hub which could connect, educate, and enable real innovation sharing across the sustainability community and the global brand, retail, and licensing industry.

“Today that becomes a reality with the launch of the new site. And, with the community enjoying its new not-for-profit status, 2024 is going to be a milestone year for the industry’s sustainability journey.”

A commitment shared

The site has been developed with thanks to the hard work and commitment of the Isle of Wight-based design agency, NOSY which – at the start of 2023 – made clear its purpose-driven pledge to work solely with companies driving action around sustainable development through business.

The pivotal collaboration saw Products of Change join forces with NOSY to merge a shared commitment to sustainability with its creative expertise. The partnership brought to life a dynamic platform where innovation meets community, embodying a mutual ambition to drive positive change.

The NOSY team dedicated a good many people hours to the creation of a user experience that not only elevates the POC message but fosters meaningful interaction and learning, as well as a Members Area that can now house cross-membership communication and member groups including with some of our biggest member companies like The Walt Disney Company, Bravado, The British Olympic Association, Tesco, The LEGO Group, and more.

In fact, the rebrand now makes it easy for all site visitors to quickly get to grips with the Products of Change not-for-profit Membership Community with an area dedicated to showcasing all our current members.

The year mapped out

With the launch comes a fully updated diary of events across both the Products of Change and industry calendar offering visitors a first-hand look at a year’s roster of online meetings, workshops, and networking sessions delivered by Products of Change and its partners.

Over the course of the coming few weeks, Products of Change members are being invited to navigational sessions through which members of the Products of Change team will talk groups through how to use to Members Area of the site to access the resources, information, and networking opportunities they require.

“To say we’re excited the day is finally upon us and the new website has launched is the understatement of 2024. This is a milestone moment whatever way we look at it,” said Rob Hutchins, editor and community manager at Products of Change. “The new site and members area doesn’t just lift the Products of Change game but, with seamless new ways of communicating across the membership, engaging with our partners, and providing you all with fluid access to the resources, information, networking opportunities and content – it puts us well ahead of it, too.”
