Blues Group, Aykroyds and TDP on board for Pip and Posy

Magic Light Pictures has revealed further new licensing deals for preschool brand, Pip and Posy.

The deals will see Pip and Posy sign up with Blues Group for a range of daywear, while Aykroyds and TDP will produce nightwear, underwear and swimwear.

Both ranges will be launching for spring/summer 2024, coinciding with World Book Day.

In addition, Pip and Posy will be joining other characters from Channel 5’s preschool strand, Milkshake at Parkdean Resorts throughout 2023. The duo will be a key part of the holiday parks’ special Milkshake Mornings, a series of live entertainment shows featuring arts and crafts, games, singalongs and dancing, held across 40 of Parkdean’s sites.

“With the second series due to launch soon, we are delighted to announce these three new Pip and Posy licensees,” commented Aidan Taylor-Gooby, head of licensing at Magic Light Pictures. “2023 promises to be an exciting year as we aim to add further categories to the growing programme. These new partners provide fantastic touchpoints for Pip and Posy’s many young fans to interact and engage with these delightful characters away from the screen.”

Existing licensees for Pip and Posy – which is based on the books by Axel Scheffler – include Nosy Crow (tie-in publishing), Star Editions (personalised gifting), Ravensburger (puzzles), Amscan (dress-up and partyware) and tonies (audio figures).
