Giftware line marks London Blue Plaque milestone

Product of Your Environment teams with English Heritage for home and giftware line.

To help mark the 150th anniversary of the London Blue Plaques Scheme, design studio Product of Your Environment has teamed with English Heritage to launch a special home and giftware line.

The partnership launches with six commemorative fine bone china dinner plates. These directly replicate the blue plaques for Jimi Hendrix, Dame Agatha Christie, Emmeline & Dame Christabel Pankhurst, Sir Alfred Hitchcock, Sigmund Freud and Kenneth Williams.

Any idiosyncrasies that appear in the original hand-made blue plaques have been faithfully reproduced in each plate.

Each is hand-decorated in Staffordshire and are boxed either as singles, or as a six-plate set.

In addition, the Freud plate is also stocked at the Freud Museum, the Jimi Hendrix plate at the HandelHendrix Museum and the two Pankhurst plates at the Museum of London.
