The Source offers a pictorial round up of UK Toy Fair and Nuremberg Toy Fair.

The last two weeks has seen the UK licensing industry visiting two key toy fairs – UK Toy Fair and Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg.

First up, London saw a raft of new licensed product launches – some of which were backed up with celebrity appearances such as Ian Waite from Strictly Come Dancing, who was on hand to help John Adams launch its new board game inspired by the BBC hit show.

In addition, The Source – together with sister title Progressive Preschool and industry recruiters Aardvark Swift – hosted a networking drinks party on the Wednesday evening of Toy Fair, giving the licensing community a chance to catch up after a busy day at Olympia.

Meanwhile, the halls of Spielwarenmesse housed a multitude of new licensed product – from lifestyle brands such as Pusheen, through to a major space takeover from Disney and Marvel and newcomers like Hamsta World.
