Danilo scoops Henries 2018 award win

Wins Best Licensed Card Range for its Ladybird Books for Grown-ups line.

Danilo emerged victorious from last week’s The Henries award ceremony, picking up the Best Licensed Card Range for its popular Ladybird Books for Grown-Ups line.

Other nominees in the category included Disney/Marvel Magazine Covers from Hallmark; I Like Birds from The Art File; Peter Rabbit from UK Greetings; Quentin Blake from Woodmansterne; and Sara Miller London from the Art File.

The Henries 2018 – which celebrates excellence in the greeting cards industry – took place at Royal Lancaster London on Thursday October 4, with 700 publishers, retailers and industry suppliers attending. Hosted by legendary DJ Pat Sharp, the evening took on a 1980’s Electric Dreams theme.

Other licensed names to pick up an accolade included Stephanie Dyment from Glick which won Best Giftwrapping Range and The Bright Side from Really Good, which picked up The Henry Cole Classic Award.
