The FA unveils new England style guide

Football body set to activate sizeable licensing programme in run up to UEFA Euro 2020.

With The FA set to activate a sizeable licensing programme at retail in the run-up to next summer’s UEFA Euro 2020, it has rolled out a new England style guide.

The guide – produced by Skew – will give licensees fresh direction for new ranges and features four main capsules: a core route, drawing heavily on the current England brand guidelines; a premium route for higher-end product; a heritage route, that rolls back the years to a more ‘jumpers for goalposts’ era; and lastly, a suite of designs and iconography for use on children’s product.

The style guide also contains a new direction for England product packaging, bringing this in line with the current England brand look and feel that fans have grown accustomed to since its introduction ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
