Nike gets licked with new Ben & Jerry’s collaboration

Ice cream brand goes ‘from licks to kicks’ with specially designed Chunky Dunky trainer.

Nike has unveiled a new summer collaboration with ice cream brand, Ben & Jerry’s.

The intriguing tie-up sees Nike take inspiration from the brand’s Chunky Monkey packaging on its Nike SB Dunk Low Pro trainer.

The outsole mimics the green hillside seen on the container, where cows dance in the foreground, with the shoe’s leather overlays featuring a hairy cow faux-print.

Puffy clouds form on the heel behind a Nike wordmark in Ben & Jerry’s font, while there is tie-dye on the lining and sockliner.

The look is finished off with a drippy swoosh in the Ben & Jerry’s gold.

The design will debut at select skate shops globally from May 23.
