Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards 2021 open for entries

Deadline for entries and nominations across all categories is Friday 7 May, 2021.

The UK Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards 2021 are now open for entries and the awards event will now take place on Wednesday 7 July 2021, at a lavish afternoon event at the Hilton Park Lane, London.

Now in their sixth year, The B&LLAs 2021 will look to reward brand and lifestyle licensing activity which has taken place in the UK between 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020, across Product, Retail and Property categories. In addition, the Brand Ambassador Award will also be presented to a special individual (brand owner, licensor, retailer, licensee or supplier), acknowledging their contribution to the brand licensing sector.

The entry and nomination process for all categories is free and via online submission – all the forms can be accessed from the dedicated B&LLAs website by clicking here.

The deadline for entering has been extended to Friday 7 May 2021 to allow more time for companies to enter. This will be followed by a validation process for each of the awards sections, involving panels of industry experts pertinent to the categories.

All the winners will be revealed at a special ‘real’ afternoon event at the Hilton Park Lane, London, which is to now take place on Wednesday 7 July 2021. This is three months later than The B&LLA’s usual April slot, due to the COVID situation.

“The incredible activity in the brand licensing arena over the last year so deserves to be recognised and rewarded, which is what The B&LLAs 2021 will most definitely do,” commented Ian Hyder, joint managing director of Max Publishing, which owns and organises The B&LLAs. “What’s more, we feel confident that having shifted the date for the actual awards event to July, the brand licensing community will also be able to be together in person to celebrate the achievements. I can’t wait!”

Brand Licensing Europe returns as the headline sponsor of the Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards, alongside many stellar names as loyal sponsors, while trade body Licensing International will once again be lending its support.
